Saint Edward’s School 50th Anniversary
Celebrating fifty years of education at one of the nation’s top independent schools.
“Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.” Benjamin Franklin. Saint Edward's School stands out as one of the best established and best credentialled of all of Florida’s- even the nation’s- independent schools. To commemorate its 50th anniversary, St. Edwards School hired Mindfile to develop and produce a profile video showcased at their 50th Anniversary gala event.
With no complaints, our New York team happily traveled to Vero Beach to experience and film the uniqueness of the school, its students, staff and alumni. In three days we captured kids and teachers in class, on the football field, in the pool, enjoying Grandparents Day, and the countless simple, yet unforgettable moments in between. Back in our NYC studio, we interviewed recent graduates and longtime alumni abou their SES experience; and then we went into post production mode...big time!
After several weeks of logging, scripting and editing, our team delivered a 12-minute video that celebrates Saint Edward’s history and vision for the future of the school. The video premiered at their gala event commemorating their 50th anniversary. See it live on their website: http://www.steds.org/Page/News--Calendar/Videos

"Saint Edward’s School recently celebrated its 50th Anniversary, and as part of the year-long celebration, we wanted to produce a video that not only honored the history of the school, but also captured the current atmosphere on campus and gave a peek into the future. It was no small task. Kate Epstein was a former colleague of mine, and she was the first person who came to mind. From the first phone call, she and James understood our vision, improved upon our ideas, and showed a clear commitment to our goals. They took the time to understand our audience and immerse themselves in the culture of the School, so when it was time to share the video with families, donors (current and potential) and honorees, the entire Advancement team was deeply proud of their work. As far as we’re concerned, the Mindfile staff are honorary Pirates themselves!"
